Our independent living homes have an intimate setting with no more than four to six individuals. We want our residents to continue thriving and live their best lives where community meets independence.
We are dedicated to providing comfortable and supportive living environments for independent individuals. At F&W, we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere where residents can thrive, fostering independence, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

We believe that residents should be given the opportunity for personal growth, all while maintaining a loving, warm, and safe environment that enables an atmosphere of family.

All our Independent care homes are designed to provide housing and related services for each demographic. To ensure the safety and peace of each house, we have appointed house managers and have house rules that residents must abide by.
Each of our homes are alcohol and drug-free.
